  Wanted to buy a washing machine yesterday at 7:30pm and waited 30 minutes at the appliances section and there was nobody to help me. Someone from other department paged for more than 3 times but still no help. Went to customer service and some rude girl said they might be at lunch break and didn’t help either. Waited at the customer service for 10 minutes and asked for a supervisor or manager but she didn’t wanted to call them. Finally when I met Mr. Denzel who works in a different department and told him this would not happen in Home Depot, he said I can get my washing machine from Home Depot. So I left the store immediately and bought the washing machine from Home Depot. This Lowe’s store has some of the meanest employees. I request you all please DO NOT SHOP AT LOWES located in Catonsville, MD. Thanks

  Customer service sucks! I've been in plumbing, standing in front of the item I need moved to a register, and I can't get any help. A female employee requested assistance on my behalf as it's a toilet that needs to be moved. I waited - nothing. I then picked up the phone, called the operator and asked for assistance. I waited and again NOTHING. I called the operator again and she tells me there are two managers in plumbing. Really? Well, why haven't they come to assist me since she also said they were informed that I'm here, waiting for assistance. This is RIDICULOUS on so many levels.
